Operations Ministries

Volunteers are needed help fold, seal, and label parish newsletters and other mailings throughout the year.

Board members make recommendations regarding the St. Paul Cemetery and the Shrine of the Sorrowful Mother (West Main Street). The board plans, coordinates improvements, and works with the business manager on the upkeep of the grounds to enhance the beautiful setting of the main cemetery and the day-to-day operations of both facilities.

Communication team members assist with taking photos, writing articles, editing, and creating the layout of our parish bulletins and newsletters.

Volunteers on our Media Matters team assist with  maintaining the parish website, including video recording of our Sunday Mass homilies and special liturgies.

The Heavenly Dusters team consists of five groups of volunteers who enhance the beauty and cleanliness of the church. Each group works one week a month, cleaning twice that week. Substitute volunteers are also needed to help when necessary.

The Green Thumb ministry works to enhance the landscaping of our church and school campuses. Volunteers plant flowers, trim trees, and rake leaves.

Members advise on decisions regarding major repairs, large maintenance improvement projects, and preventative maintenance for the church, school, and other parish facilities. Jesus Patrol is a group of parishioners who are willing to do almost any job around the campus. They have painted, helped with event set-up, and moved just about everything!
